About us

Auto-moto klub "Lijevče" iz Nove Topole

A nonprofit association of people who care about vehicles, about the roads we share and about the community we live in.

01

Organization introduction

Auto-moto klub "Lijevče" iz Nove Topole (in English: Lijevče Automobile and Motorcycle Association) is a nonprofit association bringing together drivers, motorcyclists and residents who share an interest in vehicles and in safer roads.

We take our name from Lijevče polje, the plain around Nova Topola, and we see our work as rooted in that local community.

02

Our identity

Our badge combines the classic car, the motorcycle, the open road and the chequered flag. Together they say what we are: a club of enthusiasts who believe enthusiasm comes with responsibility.

03

Our purpose

We exist to promote responsible automobile and motorcycle culture, raise awareness of road safety and encourage safer mobility for everyone – drivers, riders, pedestrians and cyclists alike.

04

Organizational background

The association's founding details, registration data and statutes will be published in the Transparency section once confirmed against official documents. We deliberately do not publish dates or history we cannot document.

05

Our community role

Associations like ours can reach people that official campaigns sometimes miss: young riders, new drivers, car enthusiasts and families. Speaking as neighbours, we can turn general road safety advice into practical, local conversations.

06

Automobile and motorcycle culture

We value well-kept vehicles, mechanical knowledge and the history of motoring. We also believe this culture should be associated with courtesy, lawful behaviour and care for others – not with noise, speed or risk.

07

Road safety commitment

Every activity we plan begins with one question: does it make the road safer? Our educational content is general guidance and always refers readers to the applicable official traffic regulations.

08

Community engagement

Members of our club have appeared on local radio to talk about the association and its aims. We welcome invitations from schools, local communities and media to speak about responsible mobility.

09

Our objectives

  • Raise awareness of road safety and traffic rules
  • Promote responsible driving and riding
  • Support traffic education for young people
  • Encourage respect between all road users
  • Promote environmentally responsible mobility
  • Cooperate with local organisations and institutions
  • Organise safe, lawful community events

10

Long-term development goals

  • A stable, transparent membership and governance structure
  • A library of plain-language road safety materials in local language and English
  • Regular cooperation with schools in the area
  • Publicly available annual activity reports

11

Public benefit and social responsibility

Road safety benefits everyone, including people who never drive. As a nonprofit, the association does not distribute profit to members; any resources are used for the purposes set out in its statutes.
